CA. Bhanu Prudhviraj is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate with over 14 years of post-qualification experience in taxation, litigation, and advisory practice. Prior to independent practice, he worked as a Senior Associate at Lakshmi Kumaran & Sridharan, where he handled indirect tax and commercial litigation matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including High Courts.
His experience includes GST, VAT, and Service Tax advisory, litigation support, tax due diligence, transaction structuring, and regulatory interpretation. He regularly represents clients before quasi-judicial authorities and has significant experience in drafting writ petitions and legal submissions involving complex questions of law and procedure.
The firm also functions under the guidance of CA. T.S.V. Aditya Sarma, a senior Chartered Accountant with more than 42 years of professional experience. The compliance and assurance vertical is led by CA. CH. Pavan.
